Banana Pudding
Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Scald milk in top of double boiler.
Combine sugar, flour and salt; add to milk in double boiler.
Cook until thickened.
Add beaten egg yolks; cook until thick.
Remove from heat, add vanilla.
Pour over layers of bananas and vanilla wafers.
Beat egg white until stiff.
Beat in 1/3 cup sugar.
Spread on pudding. Bake at 375Β° until brown.
