Banana Pineapple Nut Cake
Banana Pineapple Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda and 3 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350°.
Combine together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Combine eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
Pour butter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake in 350° oven for 65 to 75 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
