Banana Pecan Torte
Banana Pecan Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 4 medium) and 2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat. Beat in bananas and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cool completely.
