Banana-Orange Cake
Banana-Orange Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp. lemon flavoring and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cream margarine/butter and sugar together.
Add sour cream, flour, 3 eggs and salt.
Squeeze orange juice through strainer.
Add mashed banana and orange juice to batter; mix well.
Pour batter into lightly greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
Makes approximate serving for 14.
