Banana-Nut Salad
Banana-Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, raspberry or cherry flavor gelatin), 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in banana slices, celery and nuts.
Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm. Unmold and serve with crisp lettuce and mayonnaise.
