Banana Nut Loaf
Banana Nut Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, beaten, 2 c. flour, sifted and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together.
Gradually add flour mixture until it is well blended.
Add your bananas, nuts and milk; mix well.
Your batter will be thick.
Use loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Turn out onto a rack to cool.
