Banana Nut Loaf
Banana Nut Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oil, 2 eggs, 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat.
Add buttermilk and dry ingredients.
When ingredients are thoroughly blended, add bananas, vanilla and nuts.
Turn mixture into a large loaf pan that is well-greased.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
This freezes well.
Sometimes, I use 2 pans and bake less.
