Banana Nut Cake
Banana Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crisco, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 to 4 large bananas, mashed and 1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend Crisco and sugar together.
Add eggs and beat very well. Add bananas, soda and water mixture, vanilla and lemon juice. Add all dry ingredients, which have been sifted together.
Add nuts.
Bake slowly for about 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
