Banana Nut Cake
Banana Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, softened, 3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, soda and salt together and add alternately with milk. Add bananas.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans.
