Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside.
Mix sugar and oil; add eggs.
Mix real well and add water.
Add flour and mix well; then add pecans and fold in bananas.
Bake in oven at 350Β° in Bundt pan for 1 hour or loaf pans for 45 minutes.
