Banana Nut Bread

Heat oven to 350Β°. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Mash bananas; set aside. Mix dry ingredients, then add oil, egg, mashed bananas and nuts. Beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes. Cool slightly. Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove from pan.
