Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and sugar. Blend in bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda and salt. Add the banana mixture, alternating with buttermilk and mix thoroughly after each addition.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325Β° for about 1 1/4 hours.
Makes 2 loaves.
