Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 large beaten eggs, 1 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add slightly beaten eggs. Sift together flour and baking soda.
Blend with mixture, scrape side of bowl.
Add pecans.
Blend thoroughly.
Add hot water to mashed bananas and mix well.
Fold into mixture.
Pour into each well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Yields 1 loaf.
