Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or crisco, 1/4 c. wesson oil, 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter, sugar and oil.
Add eggs and mashed bananas. Stir all dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven for metal pans.
Bake at 325° for glass pans.
