Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. shortening, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, blending well after each addition.
