Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. flour, 2 tsp. soda, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 c. sugar and 5 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, dry milk, salt and sugar. Add pecans; mix well.
Combine beaten eggs, butter, bananas and lemon juice.
Add dry ingredients; mix only until flour is moistened.
Divide into 6 well-greased loaf pans (3 1/2 x 8 x 2 1/2-inch).
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.
Cool thoroughly.
Wrap in foil; store overnight.
Good for freezing.
