Banana Nut Bread

Beat oil and sugar together.
Add beaten eggs and bananas; beat well.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt to the first mixture, then add milk and vanilla.
Beat well and stir in nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan lined on the bottom with waxed paper in moderate oven (350Β°) about 1 hour.
Cool well and store airtight.
