Banana Nut Bread
Banana Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, softened, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 eggs, beaten, 3 bananas, mashed and 2 tbsp. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, bananas and buttermilk. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture, a small amount at a time; mix until smooth.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased pans.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β°.
