Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In large bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly.
Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
Add flour mixture; stir until well blended.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove; cool on wire rack.
Makes 12 muffins.
