Banana Loaf
Banana Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
