Banana Huckleberry Muffins
Banana Huckleberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1/2 c. sour milk, 2 eggs, 4 mashed bananas and 1 c. huckleberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar and margarine or butter.
Cream together.
Add the eggs and milk (to sour milk, add 1 capful of vinegar to milk). Add bananas and mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients together. Combine with the banana mixture.
Stir the huckleberries in last. Grease muffin tins before filling.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
