Banana Fritters
Banana Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sifted flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 large egg, slightly beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a medium bowl sift together flour, sugar and salt.
Combine egg, milk, butter and baking powder.
Stir into dry ingredients. Peel the bananas.
Cut each one in half lengthwise.
Dip banana halves into the batter and then drop into deep fat preheated to 378Β°.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with hot Cinnamon Sauce or pecan ice cream and whipped cream.
