Banana Drop Cookies
Banana Drop Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 ripe bananas, peeled, 1 c. butter or oleo, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Purée bananas (1 cup).
Cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; beat dry ingredients into banana mixture.
Fold in peanut butter chips, nuts and raisins.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 12 minutes until brown. Cool.
Makes 4 dozen.
