Banana Crunch Punch
Banana Crunch Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 bananas, 2 lemons, squeezed (save juice), 5 oranges, squeezed (save juice), 6 c. water and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Add lemon and orange juices.
Add water, sugar and pineapple juice.
Freeze in 1 or 2 pint containers.
When ready to serve, remove containers from freezer and set out at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.
Cut in pieces and place in blender.
Blend, gradually adding 7-Up until slushy.
Pour into glasses.
