Banana Cream Surprise
Banana Cream Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 graham cracker squares (approximately 2 c.), chopped, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. whipped topping and 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coarsely chop graham crackers and combine with butter and sugar.
Press into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch dish. Combine whipped topping, pudding and sour cream.
Pour half of the filling over the crust.
Slice bananas and layer on top.
Pour remaining filling over bananas. Finely chop pecans and sprinkle over top.
Chill.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
