Banana Cream Pie
Banana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch baked pastry or graham cracker shell, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 2/3 c. water, 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In heavy saucepan, dissolve cornstarch.
Stir in milk and egg yolks.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat. Add margarine and vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Arrange 2 bananas on bottom of prepared shell.
Pour filling over bananas.
Chill 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with banana slices.
Spread whipped cream over top.
