Banana Cream Pie
Banana Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, 2/3 c. water, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium size container cool whip and 3 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In heavy saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in water.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Cool slightly.
Slice 2 bananas and dip in lemon juice; drain. Arrange bananas on the bottom of the crust.
Pour filling over bananas.
Cover and chill 4 hours or until set.
Spread top with Cool Whip.
Slice remaining banana and dip in lemon juice, then arrange on top of pie.
