Add combined banana, milk, oil and egg to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined medium-sized muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in preheated hot oven (425Β°) for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
