Banana Coconut Cake
Banana Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines yellow cake mix (not butter kind), 1 envelope dream whip, 1 (3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix (not instant), 1/3 c. puritan oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour three 9-inch pans. Mix and beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
Bake about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and frost with white frosting and spread on coconut.
Then slice a layer of bananas, continuing with next layer the same way.
Do not put bananas on top.
