Banana Cake
Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ripe bananas (3 medium), 3/4 c. oil, 1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put bananas and oil in blender and liquify.
Add mixture and sugar to cake mix.
Beat well with electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Pour half the batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Sprinkle nuts, sugar and cinnamon over batter.
Pour remaining batter into pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
