Banana Brunch Cake
Banana Brunch Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. aunt jemima pancake mix, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed (about 4 medium bananas), 1/2 c. nuts, chopped and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Combine pancake mix, 3/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add bananas, milk, egg and oil; mix well.
Spread into prepared pan.
Combine nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
