Banana Breakfast Bars
Banana Breakfast Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. soft butter, 1 c. brown sugar, dark and packed, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (high speed).
On medium speed, beat in egg, salt, cinnamon and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cut into 12 bars.
