Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 medium size, ripe bananas, mashed and raisins or walnuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs until light and fluffy.
Beat in vanilla and bananas.
Add flour mixture (flour, baking soda and salt) and beat until blended.
Add water.
Beat to blend.
Stir in cinnamon.
Add raisins and walnuts, if desired. Turn into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Turn on rack to cool.
Makes 1 loaf, 18 slices.
