Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter (room temperature), 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients; combine with the butter mixture.
Blend well.
Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla; stir well.
Stir in the nuts; pour into a well buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or several smaller pans.
Bake for 1 hour.
Turn out onto a rack to cool.
