Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. margarine or butter, softened, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed (3 to 4 medium) and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Mix sugar and margarine.
Add eggs.
Stir in bananas and water.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir until moist.
Add nuts. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes and then remove from pan.
Serves 12.
