Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs, 1 c. mashed bananas and 1 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and soda.
In another bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat vigorously until frothy. Add bananas and blend thoroughly.
Fold into flour mixture until blended.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour until crust is brown.
Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Remove pan to a rack; let stand 10 minutes.
Invert pan; cut into 1-inch slices.
