Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 large, very ripe bananas, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, melted and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash bananas well and mix with beaten egg.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Melt butter and add to banana mixture.
Sift together remaining dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Bake in a greased 5 x 9-inch pan (2 pound loaf pan) or 2 to 3 smaller loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
If using smaller pans, bake 40 minutes.
