Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large eggs, 1/3 c. heavy cream, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/3 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
Mix egg, cream and oil together with a whisk or beater until well combined (set aside).
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
Whip up the ripe bananas and sugar until watery.
Slowly pour the egg mixture into the sugared bananas, bit by bit.
Beat 1 to 2 minutes.
Add flour mixture and continue beating 1 to 2 minutes more.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
