Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Cream the shortening.
Blend in sugar and eggs, one at a time.
Beat well until fluffy.
Add flour mixture alternating with bananas and liquid, beating after each addition.
Turn into greased loaf pan and bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from pan and cool several hours or overnight before slicing.
