Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. crisco, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 large or 3 small very ripe bananas, mashed and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream Crisco and sugar well. Add eggs and beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add this a little at a time while beating the egg mixture.
Add bananas and nuts. Bake in greased, slightly floured loaf pan at 350Β° for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes one loaf.
