Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 large), 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325Β° until a wooden pick inserted in center of the bread comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove.
Let cool completely before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf.
Freezes well.
