Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 4 tbsp. milk and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add flour mixture and milk to creamed ingredients, then add mashed bananas, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into a greased loaf pan or bake as cupcakes.
(Makes 2 dozen cupcakes.)
Bake at 350Β°.
Cook the loaf for 45 minutes, cook the muffins for 25 minutes.
