Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. mashed ripe banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly grease bottom only of loaf dish (9 x 5-inch).
Combine in medium mixing bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix mashed banana and lemon juice.
Set aside.
Beat sugar and margarine in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Alternately stir in milk and dry ingredients.
Fold in walnuts and banana mixture.
Pour batter into loaf dish.
Microwave at Medium-high 8 to 10 minutes.
Microwave until no uncooked batter can be seen through bottom of dish.
Cool for 10 minutes.
