Banana Boats

With knife, starting at stem end, cut through top peel of banana (along inside curve) from one end to the other.
Spread banana apart and fill with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Wrap each banana tightly in plastic wrap.
Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
