Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie
Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vanilla wafers (about 34), 2 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in realemon juice from concentrate and well drained, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. cold water and 1 (14 oz.) can eagle sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line pie plate with vanilla wafers; top with bananas and blueberries in large mixer bowl.
Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth.
Chill 10 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into prepared pie plate. Chill.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
