Banana-Berry Pie
Banana-Berry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o brand strawberry banana flavor gelatin, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. cold water, 2 1/2 c. thawed cool whip topping and 1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
Mix in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Stir in 3/4 cup of the strawberries.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill until
15 minutes.
Whisk pudding into
Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
Stir in remaining strawberries.
Spread mixture over gelatin in pie crust.
Chill until about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
