Cook ziti according to package directions.
Heat olive oil; add onion and cook until tender.
Add tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil and pepper.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Place ziti in baking pan and add sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
