Baked Vidalia Onions
Baked Vidalia Onions is an moderately easy dinner. Made with vidalia onions (as many as you wish, allowing 1 per serving), salt and pepper, pats of butter, beef bouillon cubes and boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove the stems from Vidalia onions.
Place each onion in a 9 x 11-inch shallow pan lined with aluminum foil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a pat of butter on top of each with 1 beef bouillon cube, 3/4 cup boiling water, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
