Baked Tomatoes

Put tomato halves, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram.
Spoon an equal amount onto the tomato halves. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake at 350Β° about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
