Baked Steak
Baked Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. flour and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix salt, pepper and flour.
Roll steak pieces in mixture. Cook onion and steak until nicely browned.
Put meat in casserole. Add soup and water to skillet.
Stir until all brown residue from meat is mixed with the liquid.
Pour over meat in casserole and cover tightly.
Bake in 325Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
